Terms of Use

Holsworthy Swim Centre

  1. Centre patrons and paying customers only.
  2. All patrons are to wear appropriate and non-offensive attire.
  3. Please keep mobile phone use to a minimum, especially in change rooms and other shared areas.
  4. Alcohol is not permitted in the centre. The use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited.
  5. Glass or breakable items are not permitted in the centre.
  6. Smoking within the building or in its surrounds is not permitted.
  7. You must not use any BlueFit facility if you have a contagious illness, disease or other condition that could put yourself or other patrons at risk. Staff are not medically trained and cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions.
  8. To access swim school lessons or other booked programs, you must have a current booking.
  9. Please arrive on time for lessons and booked programs.
  10. Entry may not be possible once a lesson or program has started.
  11. All swim instructors and program staff must be qualified BlueFit staff. External instruction is not permitted.
  12. Please treat all staff with respect.
  13. Secure your personal belongings. Bags and personal items should be kept in lockers or designated storage, not left in general areas. The centre and its management are not responsible for loss or damage to property.
  14. Swearing and anti-social behaviour is not permitted.
  15. Any person damaging property or equipment, risking the safety of others, or found in breach of these conditions will be asked to leave the centre.
  16. Patrons are asked to comply with centre rules and the direction of staff at all times. Failure to comply with these conditions of entry may result in refusal of entry or being asked to leave.
  17. Management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
