About Aqua Aerobics

Aquacise (aqua aerobics) is a low-impact class held standing in the heated training pool. The water takes the strain off your joints while you build strength and fitness, and you don't need to be able to swim to take part. It suits everyone, whatever your age or fitness level. Classes run Monday and Wednesday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm and cost $13 a class. Just check in at reception before you start.
